Premium Smart Thermostat Installation & Optimization
Intelligent Climate Control. Lower Energy Bills. Zero Big-Tech Data Tracking.
Your home’s heating and cooling system accounts for over 50% of your monthly energy costs. Upgrading to a premium smart thermostat doesn’t just make adjusting the temperature more convenient—it uses advanced scheduling, localized sensors, and geofencing to dramatically cut energy waste without sacrificing your comfort.
We specialize in the professional installation, wiring configuration, and system testing of the industry's leading independent smart climate control platforms. We ensure your system is calibrated perfectly for your specific HVAC infrastructure.
The Premium Thermostat Brands We Support
We install and support the top-tier, specialized thermostat brands preferred by HVAC professionals and high-end smart home integrators:
1. ecobee
The Smart Home Standard: Widely considered the most robust independent thermostat on the market. It features native integration with premium smart home networks, built-in air quality monitoring, and a sleek glass interface.
Smart Sensors: Includes remote room sensors that detect both temperature and occupancy, ensuring the rooms you are actually using stay perfectly comfortable while avoiding heating empty space.
2. Honeywell Home (Resideo)
Industrial Reliability: Built by the company that pioneered climate control, Honeywell's smart lineup (such as the T-Series Smart and VisionPRO) brings commercial-grade engineering into the residential space.
The Benefit: Exceptionally precise temperature regulation and a familiar, reliable interface that bridges the gap between traditional mechanical reliability and modern wireless convenience.
3. Sensi (by Emerson / Copeland)
The HVAC Pro Choice: Sensi thermostats are highly praised by technicians for their universal compatibility and heavy-duty internal relays.
The Benefit: Designed to mimic standard thermostat sizes perfectly, they look clean on any drywall surface and focus entirely on high-performance climate control without unnecessary visual clutter.
Our Technical Installation Process
Smart thermostats require precise electrical and low-voltage wiring. Importer installations can short-circuit your HVAC control board. We handle the entire technical checklist:
C-Wire (Common Wire) Integration: Many modern thermostats require a dedicated 24V power source (C-wire). If your old thermostat wiring lacks this, we professionally install a physical C-wire or utilize a specialized power extender kit to ensure continuous, safe operation.
System Calibration: Configuring the thermostat to accurately recognize your specific infrastructure—whether you have a traditional forced-air furnace, a multi-stage heat pump, electric baseboards, or a specialized boiler system.
Zoning & Remote Sensor Mapping: Placing wireless remote sensors in thermal "trouble spots" (like upstairs bedrooms or sunrooms) to balance the temperature across your entire home.
Installation & Setup Pricing
Note: Prices are for professional physical installation, low-voltage wiring configuration, system testing, and user training. Hardware is quoted separately.

Price: $125 (Flat Rate)
What’s Included:
Complete physical mount, control wiring, and optional C-wire transformation.
Deep system configuration matching your exact heating/cooling hardware.
Companion mobile application pairing and scheduling setup on up to two smartphones.
Comprehensive testing of both heating and cooling cycles before handoff.
Multi-Zone / Multi-Thermostat System Deployment
Best for larger properties with independent upstairs/downstairs HVAC units or zoned damper systems.
Price: $199 (Flat Rate for up to two thermostats; $75 per additional unit)
What’s Included:
Complete installation and wiring for all units.
Master configuration allowing multiple thermostats to work in harmony or independently.
Pairing and strategic placement of up to 3 wireless remote room sensors to eliminate hot/cold spots.
Syncing all zones to a single, unified smartphone application interface.
C-Wire Integration / Power Extender Kit (PEK) Add-On
Required if your existing wall bundle lacks the dedicated 24V power line (C-Wire) needed to keep a smart thermostat powered.
Price: +$45 (In addition to the standard installation rate)
What’s Included:
Installation of a physical C-wire adapter or a manufacturer-approved Power Extender Kit (PEK) inside your HVAC furnace control board.
Complete terminal re-mapping and low-voltage voltage testing.
Important Technical Disclaimer: Low-Voltage Constraints
While we are experts in low-voltage smart home integration, structural wiring configurations vary drastically based on the age and design of your home's heating and cooling infrastructure.
An Adapter or PEK May Not Be the Answer
In a vast majority of modern homes, a Power Extender Kit (PEK) or an add-a-wire adapter works flawlessly to deliver continuous power to your new smart thermostat. However, older systems, unique multi-stage heat pumps, or proprietary zone controller boards may not accept these electronic adapters.
When a Licensed HVAC Technician is Required
If our pre-installation diagnostics reveal that your furnace control board is incompatible with an adapter, or if your home's structural layout prevents a clean wire pull, an external, dedicated C-wire must be manually fished from your furnace up through your walls. > Our Policy: If a physical line cannot be safely adapted using standard smart home hardware, PatriotVO Technical Solutions does not manually fish new high-voltage or complex multi-conductor lines through closed HVAC infrastructure. In these rare scenarios, we will advise you exactly what is required so you can have a licensed, dedicated HVAC contractor manually run the necessary structural wiring. We will then return to complete your smart system programming and optimization.
