The Voice/Text Remote: Setting up JubileeTV’s specialized, high-visibility remote and ensuring the senior user understands how to navigate it easily.
2. App Provisioning & Caregiver Mapping
Remote Control Configuration: Pairing the primary caregiver's smartphone app to the JubileeTV hub, enabling features like remote channel changing, scheduling reminders, and checking what is currently playing on the TV.
Family Directory Setup: Programming a visual "Who's Who" photo contact directory so your loved one can initiate or answer video calls with a single button press.
Photo & Message Stream Tuning: Setting up the dedicated family photo cloud stream so grandchildren can send pictures directly to the TV screen automatically.

The "Whole Home Connectivity" Package

Installation and pairing of secondary JubileeTV hardware or companion devices on a second TV.
Advanced network calibration to ensure wireless video calls maintain high-definition clarity across both rooms without dropping out.
JubileeTV supports adding favorites for set-top boxes from major providers like Comcast Xfinity, Spectrum, DISH, DirecTV, Optimum, and AT&T. However, the system does not support favorites for any cable/satellite provider that lacks a compatible set-top box, such as providers offering only streaming apps, or legacy providers running cable directly into a TV.
