Site Survey & Placement: We use RF analysis tools to determine the exact placement for each eero Pro 6E or Pro 7 node. We don't just "plug it in"—we map your home's structural interference to ensure seamless roaming.
Wired Backhaul (PoE Integration): To eliminate "wireless hop" latency, we run professional Cat6 cabling to each unit. For a clean aesthetic, we use eero PoE Gateway and ceiling-mounted access points.
Smart Home Hub Integration: We configure the built-in Zigbee and Thread radios, turning your Wi-Fi nodes into a backbone for your smart home devices.

2. Managed Maintenance (The "Always Ready" Phase)

Handoff & Admin Roles: We set up the initial network using eero Professional Tools, then securely transfer primary ownership to you while maintaining an eero Insight "Pro" link for remote support.
Firmware Oversight: While eero auto-updates, we monitor your Network Health to ensure new versions don't conflict with your specific smart home setup.
Security Governance: We manage your eero Plus or eero for Business subscription, configuring advanced features like Ad Blocking, Content Filters, and VPN by Guardian.

3. Proactive Monitoring (The "Peace of Mind" Watch)

Remote Management (eero Insight): We use a centralized dashboard to track your network’s Historical Speed Tests and bandwidth usage without needing to step foot in your home.
Alert Escalation: If a node goes offline or a device is consuming excessive bandwidth, we receive an alert to troubleshoot before your streaming is interrupted.
Security Threat Response: We monitor for "Threat Hits" blocked by eero’s router-level protection, ensuring your IoT devices remain isolated from your main data.
