Wired (120V) Architecture: For homes with existing alarm wiring, we perform professional V AC connector installation. We utilize Energizer Ultimate Lithium AA (L) backup batteries to ensure continuous protection during power outages.
Battery-Powered Deployment: For flexible placement in areas without pre-existing wiring, we install the battery-only model. These units require AA Energizer Ultimate Lithium batteries and are ideal for quick, non-destructive upgrades.
Power Infrastructure Audit: We verify your home’s electrical stability and, if necessary, install high-capacity transformers to support your wider smart home ecosystem.

2. Intelligent Interconnectivity & Monitoring

Wireless Mesh Interconnect: Unlike traditional alarms, Nest Protects communicate wirelessly. If an emergency is detected in the kitchen, every alarm in the home will sound, providing a verbal "Heads-Up" alert specifying exactly where the smoke or CO is located.

HVAC Automatic Shutoff: We link your [Nest Protects to your Nest Learning Thermostats](1.4.2, 1.4.5). In the event of a Carbon Monoxide emergency, the system can automatically shut off your heating or cooling system to prevent the circulation of dangerous gasses.
Google Home Command Center: We integrate your fleet into the [Google Home app Public Preview]. This allows you to view critical status alerts, run safety checkups, and even view live camera feeds directly from the emergency alarm card if smoke is detected.
