Aerial Data: Images, video, and thermal data captured during drone operations.
Payment Information: Handled securely via Wave Accounting; we do not store your credit card details on our local systems.

We use your data strictly for "Mission Ready" service delivery, including:
Configuring and optimizing your home or business network.
Providing remote support and proactive network monitoring.
Delivering inspection reports and forensic analysis.
Processing billing and service updates.
3. Data Confidentiality & Security
Given our background in Cybersecurity and Digital Forensics, we take data protection seriously:
CompTIA-Standard Security: We apply industry-standard encryption and security protocols to all data we manage.
Service Access: Remote access to your network is performed only with your authorization and is logged for security.
No Third-Party Sharing: We do not sell, trade, or share your personal or technical information with outside marketers. Data is only shared with third-party vendors (like Ubiquiti or Microsoft) when necessary for hardware registration or support tickets you have requested.
4. Aerial & Forensic Data Retention
Drone Imagery: Photos and videos captured during inspections are stored securely. Unless otherwise agreed, we retain this data for a limited period to provide you with historical records or follow-up reports.
Forensic Data: Any data handled during a Digital Forensic Professional (eCDFP) engagement is treated as high-sensitivity. Upon completion of the project, data is either returned to the client or securely destroyed per the project’s "Rules of Engagement."
5. Your Rights
You have the right to request a copy of the information we hold about you, request corrections, or ask for the deletion of your non-essential service history.
