Legal Notice & Terms of Service

1. Business Identity

PATRIOTVO Technical Solutions is a veteran-owned business based in Gainesville, Virginia, serving the District, Maryland, and Virginia (DMV) area. All services provided are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia.

2. Technical Services & Liability

Hardware Repair: While PATRIOTVO exercises extreme care with client hardware (PCs, Laptops, Mobile Devices), we are not responsible for pre-existing damage or data loss. Clients are strongly encouraged to back up all data prior to any hardware or software service.

Network & Security: Implementation of "CompTIA-Standard Secure Implementations" and ethical hacking/pen-testing services are designed to improve security posture. However, no system is 100% impenetrable. PATRIOTVO is not liable for third-party breaches, cyberattacks, or hardware failures following a professional installation.

Standard Implementation: Unless otherwise specified in a separate service level agreement (SLA), all networking and wireless solutions are provided "as-is" following client sign-off.

3. sUAS (Drone) Operations

FAA Compliance: All aerial operations are conducted by FAA Part 107 certified pilots in accordance with federal and local regulations.

Operational Safety: PATRIOTVO reserves the right to cancel or postpone aerial missions due to weather, airspace restrictions, or safety concerns.

Liability: We maintain professional liability and hull insurance specifically for sUAS operations.

4. Cybersecurity & Ethical Hacking

Authorized Access Only: PATRIOTVO only performs penetration testing or digital forensics with explicit, written "Rules of Engagement" and authorization from the property or network owner.

No Illegal Activity: We do not provide services for the purpose of bypassing legal restrictions or gaining unauthorized access to systems not owned by the client.

5. Hardware & Third-Party Software

PATRIOTVO specializes in the Ubiquiti UniFi ecosystem but supports a wide range of manufacturers (Windows, Apple, Android, etc.). All hardware warranties are provided by the respective manufacturers. PATRIOTVO provides a 30-day labor warranty on professional installations; however, this does not cover hardware defects or user-end configuration changes.

6. Payment & Billing

Invoicing: Billing is handled through Wave Accounting.

Terms: Payments are due upon receipt unless otherwise specified in a custom quote.

Parts: All hardware parts must be paid for in full prior to installation or repair.

7. Intellectual Property

The PATRIOTVO name, logo, and all original content on this website are the property of PATRIOTVO Technical Solutions. Unauthorized use of branding or technical documentation is prohibited.

Privacy Policy (Short Form)

PATRIOTVO respects your privacy. We collect only the information necessary to provide technical services and communicate regarding your projects. We do not sell your data to third parties. For forensic or security services, all data is handled with the highest level of confidentiality and destroyed or returned per the client's request.
